The first floor is a split level entertaining area with an outdoor kitchen and meals area, with the added luxury of a lounge area.

The renovation also included a roof top deck with an open bar, which sits on top with 180 degree views of Torquay, Barwon Heads and looking across to the Mornington Peninsula.
