Who we are
AJ Quinn Construction is a well renowned building company on the Surf Coast, specialising in architectural projects. In particular our craftsmanship and attention to detail is of the highest quality. All our tradespeople are highly reputable and well respected within the Surf Coast community. We build and renovate homes all over the Surf Coast, Bellarine and Geelong area.
AJ Quinn Construction is a family owned business that brings together a highly experienced team. We have extensive knowledge in the building and construction industry.
The J in the name stands for three things. My middle name James, my wife Jenny who is a company director, and my son Jack who is a carpenter working for the business with hopes to one day take over the business that I have created.
My daughter Mollie has also recently taken on the role of being my personal assistant in the office. She manages our social media, website, emails and keeping everyone on schedule, particularly me.
Our History
I relocated from Melbourne to Torquay over 17 years ago with my family, so that I could combine my passion for the outdoors, coastal living and design. Moving from inner suburbia to the Coast was the best decision we ever made. My wife and I really value healthy living and wanted our children to have the best possible start in life. Combined with the opportunities available in the construction arena, it allowed us to turn our dreams into reality.
I have always admired the quality design and architectural construction of houses across the Surf Coast, Geelong and Bellarine region and decided that it was time to relocate my company and embrace the building opportunities available. Torquay seemed to offer all this and more, and our three kids now have flourished into their adulthood and have formed their own career pathways.
