Andrew renovated our 1960's beach house in 2011 which included adding on a new two storey section to the existing dwelling, effectively doubling it in size. In looking for a builder for the job it was important that firstly the building job was of high quality and the building was well constructed. Secondly for me, as I was coordinating the project and liaising between the builder and the Architect, I wanted someone who was easy to communicate with and who I felt comfortable working with. Lastly, we wanted to build for a set sum of money, and the budget was important. During the project we were extremely happy with the work delivered by Andrew and his team of builders. The standard of craftsmanship was consistently high, with particular attention to detail coupled with a desire to deliver perfection in all areas. The work completed by the tradesman Andrew used throughout the build was also of very high quality. Over 8 months whilst we were building, I found Andrew extremely easy to work with and willing to go to all efforts to achieve the desired outcome. Our standards were very high and he always delivered work that we were pleased with. He was flexible and able to come up with appropriate solutions as the need arose. The final costing remained consistent with original quoting and the building finished on schedule. Almost 2 years after moving in we have had no issues of any kind. We continue to be very happy with the quality of the building and the workmanship within it. We had a very positive and enjoyable experience working with Andrew, and wouldn't hesitate to employ him in the future or recommend his work to others.
